Founded in Amalfi in 2013 and based in Milan since 2018, Architetti Artigiani Anonimi is a multidisciplinary design studio focused in preserving the essence of places, while integrating a contemporary design approach. Led by Annarita Aversa, the studio blends Mediterranean-Italian heritage and architecture design rigor, shaped by her European working experience.
Believing that architects are not just designers but also custodians, storytellers, nurturers, and ambassadors of authenticity, Architetti Artigiani Anonimi analyses the architectural, cultural, social and historical context in every project, selecting fine craftsmanship for its best realization.
With over 10 years of experience working on private clients’ commissions, the studio spans different design scales - architecture, interior and furniture design - and typologies, such as hospitality, commercial and residential design.
In addition to this, Architetti Artigiani Anonimi explores fine craftmanship and materials through customizing furniture for its projects in collaboration with the best Italian artisans, as well as creating collectable design pieces for galleries, like Giustini Stagetti in Rome.
The studio’s work is featured in major design and architecture magazines and exhibitions (like Italian Pavilion at Venice Architecture Biennial 2025 and MAXXI Museum, just to mention a couple).
The mission is to create a meaningful dialogue between the studio, its clients, and the unique identity of each location. Inspired by this exchange, Architetti Artigiani Anonimi strives to produce diverse and distinct outcomes, making each work unusual and nearly unrecognizable from others. This is what the studio intends as the true spirit of anonymous architects.
