Sea floating house

Description:

The restoration of a typical Dodecanese home in which the interior has been superimposed with a contemporary layer that emphasizes and is harmonious with the existing architecture:

an installation of glass overlaps the existing floor, expanding the space and its natural light; a moving staircase has been added as a new element; brass tubes for the electrical system juxtapose the traditional stone casing. A congruence of old and new.

In this project we worked on different scale, from immovable to movable architecture:

'Mediterraneo' sofa and sideboard are now part of our products collection.
