The Molino Nuovo project reimagines a former industrial site in Salerno, once home to one of the city’s most renowned pasta factories, Molino Amato. This new development will include both residential and commercial spaces, spread across three buildings that reference the site’s industrial heritage. At the heart of the project is a 13,000 sqm urban park, providing a green oasis within the city.

The project received approval from the local municipality in 2024.
